Inspired Miles Coaching LLC is committed to helping you achieve your running and fitness goals through an individualized training program.  We offer personal training sessions and running programs for people of all abilities.  I am a Road Runner’s Club of America (RRCA) certified running coach and an American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal trainer.  I have been coaching runners for the last 6 years and started personal training and teaching fitness classes over a year ago. I continue to gain more knowledge about fitness and running through education and research.  I have been a dedicated runner for over 14 years and have experienced many running adventures.  As a mother and military spouse, I also have a lot of personal experience with fitting a healthy lifestyle into a busy schedule.

We all have the strength within us to move up to the next level.  A coach can help you get there, whether you are just starting a running or fitness program or if fitness has been a part of your life for awhile.  Sometimes all we need is a spark of inspiration to get moving in the right direction!  It doesn’t take a lot of time in order to be fit and healthy.  We will help you fit training into your busy schedule.  Inspired Miles Coaching LLC provides face-to-face coaching and online coaching options.  Please feel free to contact us for more information!
